To become a contestant for the 2010 Miss Teen Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador Scholarship Program, please complete and submit the application form below.  Please read the application carefully and provide all information required, including references who can attest to your community involvement, charity and volunteer work. The entry fee is $350. You are encouraged to seek at least one sponsor for a portion or all of this fee. A $100 desposit is required with this application.  If payment arrangements are required please Contact Us.  Deadline for applications is July 31, 2010.  All fees must be paid in full by September 17, 2010.

IMPORTANT

In addition to submitting this application, you must also forward by postal mail the following:

(a) A recent headshot (5x7) only, color or black and white for the program book and promotional poster

(b) Entry fee of $350

A $100 deposit must accompany your application fee, with all remaining fees to be paid by September 17, 2010

(c) Copy of your birth certificate as proof of age

Applicants who are not accepted will be refunded their entry fees

Applications for the 2010 Miss Teen Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador Scholarship Program will be accepted until Midnight, July 31, 2010.

  • Since 2006, the Miss Teen Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador Scholarship Program has awarded over $30,000 in scholarships.
  • Juliette Dupre, Miss Teen Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador 2006, Julia Hiscock, Miss Teen Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador 2007, Beth Peddle, Miss Teen Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador 2008 and Kayla Carroll, Miss Teen Achievement Newfoundland and Labrador 2009, have together received over $300,000 in educational scholarships since winning their respective titles.
